Marlene Muller's fields of research range from Education and International Human Resource Management to Public Leadership and digital disruption, specifically focusing on leader-follower relationships and change management.
Dr. Marlene Muller is the Academic Head in Business, Management, and Enterprise at Edinburgh Business School, Dubai Campus. Her core responsibilities are not only to manage all its degree programmes in the fields of Strategy, Innovation, and Logistics, but also to strengthen stakeholder partnerships and experiences. She lectures in the fields of Business Management, with her favorite subject fields being Enterprise, Leadership, and Human Resource Management. And by managing EBS [Dubai] own Incubation center, WattInc, Dr Marlene hopes to embed innovativeness within our everyday activities, conversations and of course, our curricula.
