Roles & Responsibilities

Marlene Muller is the UG Director of Studies at Heriot-Watt University, Dubai International Academic City, UAE. Her core responsibility is the managing of nine degree programmes in the fields of Accounting, Finance and International Business Management. Marlene’s primary passion is to ensure a positive student experience by strengthening their skills in innovative thinking, leadership and diversity management that will allow them to grow in confidence and succeed in the job markets. Her roles and responsibilities are therefore focusing on admissions, mentoring, time tabling, alignment, student retention, staffing, coaching, student liaison, operations, quality control and workshops.
