I am interested in problem-solving and learning, with a particular focus on the role of making and correcting mistakes in the learning process, how explanation informs our understanding of conceptual development, and factors affecting university-level statistics teaching and learning within Psychology. Although I am a developmental psychologist by background, focusing on early childhood (2-3 years), my research interests extend to similar questions in non-developmental populations such as university students.
