Research interests

Lakshman Wimalasena, Ph.D, is an assistant professor in human resource management in the Department of Business Management, school of Social Sciences, Heriot Watt University. His research interests focus on meaning of work, diversity, inequality, reflexivity, social class, habitus and critical issues in human resource management. His current research project entails 'social media, digital distraction and rural women'. He is also interested in critical realism and morphogenetic approach.
