Junyang Yin is a Lecturer (Assistant Professor) of Finance at Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University. He obtained his Ph.D. in Accounting and Finance from University of Bristol. He also holds a MPhil in Economics Research from University of Cambridge, a MSc in Finance (Distinction) from Warwick University, and a BSc in Money, Banking and Finance (First-class) from University of Birmingham.
His research interests broadly concern empirical corporate finance and empirical banking, with a focus on the design of syndicated loans. His work has been published in The European Journal of Finance, Journal of Banking and Finance, and Journal of Corporate Finance.
