Research interests
My main areas of research are machine translation post-editing (MTPE), pedagogy and metaphor translation.
My 2017 MSc dissertation was on the speed and quality of MTPE for L2 translations from Chinese-English
My first funded research project (2020-21) was on the pedagogy of metaphor translation, focusing specifically on Collaborative Learning.
My second funded research project (2022-24) is on the pedagogy of MTPE.
