My current research focuses broadly on real estate markets (housing policy, housing affordability, overhang, financialisation of housing, economics of urban retail space, the effects of agglomeration and urban settings on housing behaviour), applied economics (topics covered so far include exchange models, determinants of FDI, Fintech) and teaching & learning scholarship
