My research interests span individual and organisational levels and focus on collaborative practice in the context of innovation and knowledge sharing. I am interested in understanding practices underpinning knowledge creation, sharing, and adoption when crossing disciplinary (epistemic) and organizational boundaries and when engaging with new technologies.

For example, my work in the past focused on understanding and enabling interdisciplinary research collaborations; understanding how organisations engage with Open Innovation; understanding what defines and determines the workings of Innovation Ecosystems or industrial clusters, and understanding how humans and technology engage with and shape each other.

I predominantly draw on the theories of practice to understand what makes collaborative endeavors ‘tick’ and how we engage with the world, technology, and new ideas.
