Research interests

Farhan’s research is largely interdisciplinary, which focuses mainly on the areas of knowledge management, multilingual organizations and information literacy in organizations. He pursues research on power, social (networks) and knowledge sharing related implications of language diversity in organizations using sociolinguistic theories. Farhan has research interest also in workplace information literacy, particularly in its impact on innovation and social capital.

Farhan is member of the EBS Doctoral Review Committee that monitors quality and progress of the School’s Doctor of Business Administration students.
