Research interests

Darren's primary area of research is investigating the links between accounting, management and various aspects of popular culture. Darren has a particular interest in the intersection between accounting and the musical industries, and this formed the basis of his PhD thesis.

Roles & Responsibilities

Teaching 2017/18

Darren is course leader on the 1st year Accounting Profession and Practice course. He also lectures on the 3rd year Auditing and Assurance course.

Fingerprint Fingerprint is based on mining the text of the person's scientific documents to create an index of weighted terms, which defines the key subjects of each individual researcher.
