Biography

Clemens is a Provost Fellow in the Edinburgh Business School and has worked in corporate HR, management consultancy, and as an entrepreneur of a referral-based startup for 14 years before moving into Academia. He holds a Doctor in Business Administration as well as SHRM-SCP and HRCI-SPHRi certifications. His research focuses on management, Human Resources, Talent Acquisition & Management, as well as Entrepreneurship.
