Research interests
Annie's current research interests include distilled spirits production with a focus on microbiological aspects including fermentation and distillery microflora, as well as spirit maturation and authenticity. She has supervised Knowledge Transfer Partnerships with Edinburgh Gin, Port of Leith Distillery, and Diageo.
