Research interests

Current research in my group includes work on fish digestive enzymes, use of probiotics in fish feeds, integrated control of parasitic diseases of fish, molecular techniques in fish and parasite population discrimination, fish ecology and biodiversity.Specific research interests include: physiology of fish growth, especially non-nutritional growth enhancement fish gill metabolism fish cell culture fish parasite population dynamics and control fish vaccine testing ecology and biodiversity of fish in estuaries and sea lochs impacts of therapeutant chemicals on fish physiology biology of bacterial fish pathogens.
