Biography
I hold a PhD in Real Estate Finance from Heriot-Watt University (2016), along with an MSc in Real Estate Investement and Finance (2011, with Distinction) and an MBA (2001) from Edinburgh Business School. My research focuses on real estate investement and finance.
Profile Summary
Prior to academia, I had a distinguished 25+ year of career in commercial and investment banking. My expertise spans IPOs, private equity, mergers & acquistions, structured & project finance and corporate lending. I have managed a large loan portfolio of corporate clinets across different industries in both Islamic and convensional models.
