Dataset supporting PhD thesis: Development of computational modelling methods for solid and fluid mechanics in rough fractures and application to the stress-permeability relationship

Provided is all the code and data that was used during the PhD, and there are many extra functions written that may be useful for solid mechanics.
idc_clean_example, is the short and clean example of the code showing the performance of solid and fluid mechanics simulator for the roughy fracture closure.
This code was developed by Amanzhol Kubeyev. The fracture surface data was digitalised by Nathaniel Forbes Inskip and Tomos Phillips.
