In 2021, a field-based, running gait analysis software tool co-developed from his research [10] with an industry partner, was featured on the BBC’s ‘The Truth About Getting Fit at Home’ programme. The video-based software automatically produced engaging visualisations, co-developed to aid public understanding of running technique factors. The tool was used by the presenter in the field to aid understanding of running technique and injury factors.
