I serve as Year 1 Coordinator for the Geography programme at Heriot-Watt University, where I am responsible for the academic leadership, coordination, and coherence of the first-year curriculum. My role includes overseeing module design and delivery, ensuring alignment across core courses, supporting teaching teams, monitoring student progression and experience, and integrating inclusive, research-led, and innovative pedagogical approaches into the Year 1 Geography provision.
