Congress comes at a pivotal moment for our movement. This past year, our affiliate unions mobilised their members, fighting, campaigning and winning stunning successes for workers against the Scottish Government, public bodies and private employers during this unrelenting cost-of-living crisis. With outstanding disputes and an incoming UK Government Tory Strikes Bill, our Congress acts as the direct platform for workers to campaign and collectivise against poverty, discrimination and inequality in and outwith the workplace.Congress is set to be addressed by:

This year’s congress will attract over 350 delegates and visitors, representing 37 trade unions and 20 trade union councils. Issues debated by Congress include:
