Description

Hosted a stand at the Family Day, about microscopy and how it has changed our perception of biological objects over time. Families were able to view objects down the microscopes and also to see how electron micrographs allow us to see much greater detail as required for making descriptions of species. Historical aspects were also shown through the work of Hook in his landmark publication Micrographia.
