The MENAGEN 2025 Study Tour, sponsored by the Babson Global Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership (BGCEL), brought together 38 international and local scholars for an in-depth exploration of the rapidly evolving ecosystem of women’s entrepreneurship in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Conducted over an intensive 2.5-day period from January 18 to January 20, 2025, the programme featured visits to key institutions including Alnahda Society, STC InspireU, PIF Co-Builder, and Princess Nourah University. Participants engaged directly with prominent local entrepreneurs such as Entessar Darbah, Maha Aljawini, Reham ElGhizy, and Naif Alzahrani, among others, gaining valuable insights into the region’s entrepreneurial landscape.
