Description

The event consisted of two sessions: Introduction to neurodiversity, and, Neurodiversity and gender. The aim of the session was to feed into a wider programme ran by the Royal College of Nursing of supporting UK nurses who were educated outwith the UK. The session also fed into an earlier part of the agenda of encouraging such nurses to be a staff rep, with our focus on key issues related to supporting neurodivergent colleagues in the workplace, but also how to negotiate policy and practice change of such matters.
