Creating communities in Incubators: the value of alumni and contemporary relationships.” During my presentation, I explored how incubators can intentionally cultivate long‑lasting networks that strengthen founders’ learning and collaboration beyond the initial cohort. I also highlighted practical strategies for designing alumni engagement models that foster shared identity, ongoing support, and knowledge exchange—ultimately enhancing the overall incubation experience.
