Description

This interactive workshop foregrounds neurodivergence as difference, highlights the often-unacknowledged labour borne by neurodivergent individuals, and examines how neuro-normative assumptions shape experiences across the marketing education value chain. Central to the session is the opportunity for educators to listen to, acknowledge, and learn from the lived experiences of neurodivergent students and academic stake holders through open, facilitated discussion. By creating space tor dialogue, reflection, and shared sense-making, the workshop supports disciplinary allyship and informs the co-creation of an allyship framework to guide more inclusive teaching, assessment, curriculum design, and professional norms in marketing education.
