Description

Thoughts and experiences of the Health & Social Care Integration (HSCI) and Self-Directed Support (SDS) will be comprehensively presented and discussed. Various presentations, reports and workshops will be provided by DG Voice, service professionals and local, national and partnership organisations. Everyone is encouraged to attend this free event, catering included, providing a balanced attendance of disabled individuals, local service users, Social Services and NHS professionals, Council Officials, staff and attendees. A more detailed agenda for the event is pending and will be circulated as soon as possible.
