Assessing job quality within the Scottish microbrewing sector

The CBREW symposium will bring together craft brewers, beer researchers and industry figures from Scotland and further afield to:

Chart the development of the craft beer industry sector in Scotland (and further afield) and scope future prospects

Hear and discuss existing research on craft beer

Make plans for future research that can support craft brewers and enhance public understanding of the scale and importance of the sector

Contribute to the establishment of a Beer Centre at Edinburgh Napier and to a book on Scottish Craft Beer

We welcome particpants from across the UK and further afield who research, brew, support or just enjoy talking about craft beer to join our two day symposium in Edinburgh. Day 1 will review the development of the craft beer sector to date, while Day 2 will focus on future prospects.
