Paula Jordan, group HR director at McCarthy and Stone, will share what her HR team has been doing to support her organisation’s people managers through COVID-19.

And CIPD CEO Peter Cheese will offer an overview of the importance of good people management and insight into how the coronavirus crisis could change how we view management in future.
