    BALEAP Tracking Studies Working Party

    BALEAP supports the professional development of those involved in learning, teaching, scholarship and research in English for Academic Purposes (EAP) through its Accreditation Scheme, Professional Issues Meetings (PIMs) and biennial conference and through the work of its sub-committees and working parties. The aims of the Tracking Working Party were as follows: 1) to share projects in progress: research questions, project outlines, ethics documentation; relevant literature, data collection tools, ways of approaching data analysis and presentation 2) to devise and publicise a resource bank which will provide guidelines, encouragement and support for members of the group and others undertaking tracking research 3) to identify opportunities for collaborative tracking projects between institutions 4) to organise a PIM on June 25th 2011 at the University of Kent: present papers, invite others who have done similar work, run workshops 5) to produce a BALEAP publication as a result of the EAP Tracking PIM
