3D Printed Hospital
Long-standing activity for three days with an external audience (paying public) and one demonstrator. One of our bioprinters is exhibited to demonstrate a technique for printing human tissues using hydrogels. A lecture is given on biofabrication and possible future benefits including the possibility of one day print organs using our own cells are discussed. Over 4000 members of public turned up for the event.
