Description
As part of attending LRN 2025 I presented and discussed a joint conference paper on "EXPLORING FACTORS INFLUENCING JOB SATISFACTION AND EMPLOYEE RETENTION OF TRUCK DRIVERS IN GERMANY". Furthermore, I supported the delivery of the PhD workshop and facilitated the learning and exchange of experiences of attending PhD students.
